Your leadership will directly shape the user experience of our websites, ensuring our products not only meet user needs but redefine market standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of user engagement data, behavioral analytics, and site performance metrics to inform design decisions and UX strategy.
  • Visionary Design Solutions: Translate complex insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions that significantly elevate the overall brand experience.
  • Design System Architecture & Governance: Architect, maintain, and govern scalable design systems, including reusable components, style guides, and interaction patterns that support consistency and scalability across digital properties.
  • UX Standards & Best Practices: Establish and champion UX/UI best practices across all web properties to ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • UX and Development Partnership: Serve as a key connector between UX and development, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated, feasible, and maintained throughout implementation. Collaborate with developers on handoff, iteration, and refinement to balance user experience, technical constraints, and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with project managers, developers, and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements. May present site maps, wireframes, and design rationale to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, external clients to support alignment and decision-making.
  • UX Audits, Testing & Optimization: Conduct UX audits and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities to improve user experience and product performance. Iterate based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • High-Fidelity Execution: Create site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate user flows, design intent, and interaction behavior.
  • Accessibility & Inclusive Design: Drive the adoption of accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards and are usable by diverse audiences.
  • Innovation & Emerging Technology: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, including AI-assisted design and research tools, to evolve design practices and continuously improve outcomes.
  • UX Strategy & Analytics: Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmapping platforms, and user research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
  • Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of front-end development constraints, responsive design, and implementation best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively during build and QA phases.
  • AI-Enabled Design Practices: Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to support design workflows such as research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, or optimization, with sound judgment on where AI adds meaningful value.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and user-centered thinking to diverse stakeholders.
  • Accessibility Expertise: Solid understanding of global web accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
