We are seeking flexibility, strong teamwork, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct routine building security operations, including key unlocks and lock‑ups, regular foot patrols, and evening “bedding‑down” checks
  • Monitor building safety, health & safety compliance, and ensure all means of egress are clear and accessible
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, medical emergencies, and enquiries from staff, students, and visitors
  • Enforce car‑parking policies, including issuing warning notices as required
  • Support University activities and events, including examinations, graduations, special events, and VIP visits
  • Accurately report maintenance issues, hazards, and security incidents, and participate in shift briefings and handovers

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $64,000, negotiable within this range depending on skills and experience.

A full description of your duties and the role are provided in the position description linked HERE.
