We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead, at our Waikanae village. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.
Typical duties include:
- Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
- Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
- Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday - Friday
You’ll bring with you:
- A Registered Nurse APC with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight.
- A genuine interest in working with older people and an understanding of clinical services as they are delivered in a retirement village
- Demonstrated ability to take the lead, remain calm under pressure and be emotionally resilient
- A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team.
- A skilled communicator with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
- An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning.
