Safety and Security Team Lead -Chillicothe (Nights) FT

The Safety and Security Team Lead is responsible for coordination of the day to day operations of the department in the assigned location. This position orients, mentors, coaches, and trains Security Officer Caregivers on standard operating procedures and improvements with patient/visitor interactions. Regular huddles to debrief patient/visitor interactions to support future improvements are conducted. This position ensures that daily work is completed to department standards and recommends new or adjustments to existing procedures. The Team Leader makes service and staffing decisions independently and in collaboration with others and is responsible for redirecting the workload when appropriate.
