The Richmond District, Chesterfield Residency, is driven by teamwork and may have an opportunity for you to join the team. VDOT is searching for a Maintenance Crew Leader for their Chester Area Headquarters. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to serve both as a leader and a member of a work crew performing a combination of skilled equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and manual labor tasks in order to maintain Virginia roadways in Chesterfield County.
