HVAC Technician - Maintenance East

Completes repairs and preventative maintenance for all heating, ventilation and cooling equipment, including lubrication, changing filters, cleaning coils and adjustment of dampers and controls. Executes boiler maintenance, including combustion monitoring, adjustment of air/fuel ratios, water treatment, inspection, calibration and repair of all equipment and controls.
