Operations Supervisor, Operation Services

This position is mainly to supervise subordinates to handle the lost reporting and backend refund processing originated from different channels. The candidate has to support the manager to plan and monitor the team resources in order to complete the customer requests within the service level agreement; and to ensure the lost reporting and refund process operates in an effective, efficient and control manner.
