Senior Advisor, Governance Operations

Our Program Strategy and Operations team within CPG GO & UP division is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor who will deliver commercial excellence across major infrastructure initiatives. You will provide oversight and tracking agenda items to governance and decision-making bodies including coordinating with CPG Memos for items to pass enterprise governance bodies (Investment Panel (IP), Change Control Board (CCB)). You would support and report to the Senior Manager Governance Operations by organising various executive commercial and Strategy meetings (GO & UP Executive Commercial, GO Expansion Steering Committee) including the coordination of agendas, minutes, actions as well as tracking of KPIs and managing document auditability. There will be lots of internal senior stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment and proper workback timelines are met and terms of references is upheld.
