Travel Coordinator

Fixed-Term Contract- 1 Year This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. Senior level Travel Coordinator position. Coordinate travel arrangements for Church employees, missionaries, General Authorities and other Church representatives. Secure travel reservations via air, rail, rental car and hotel throughout the world. Coordinate visa acquisition as needed. Interact regularly with a wide variety of travelers, as well as internal partners. Resolve a wide variety of complex travel and/or documentation problems in a responsive and professional manner to ensure a smooth travel experience.
