Job description

• 与产品设计及开发团队合作,参与从创意阶段到生产发布的新产品开发全流程 Work with product design and development teams on new product development from design stage to mass production. Strive to improvement for quality issues.

• 协同研发部门制定准确的产品技术标准与质量检验规范 Coordinate with D&D team to establish appropriate product specifications & product inspection specifications

• 在新产品导入各阶段进行危害分析及设计评审 Conduct Hazard /risk assessment on product design / manufacturing process throughout new products development process.

• 协调各实验室确保测试计划有效实施,并审核传达测试结果 Coordinate with different labs to ensure right test schedules & Review/communicate test results

• 编制技术支持文件保障产品出货,并发布新产品上市通告 Prepare technical documents to support shipments & announce the shipment release for new products

• 分析客诉/退货等质量数据,推动质量改善措施落地 Analyze quality data including customer complaints/returns to drive actions for quality improvement.

• 协助供应商解决质量相关议题 Work with vendors to resolve quality related issues and provide CAPA report.

• 开展质量项目,以满足管理层的期望,同时向管理层汇报项目的分析、进展及成果 Conduct quality project to achieve management’s expectation. Report project analysis/status and result to management.

• 理工科专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering education.

• 具备至少八年质量工程经验,有玩具产品制造经验者优先 At least 8 years quality integrity engineering experience; Toy or Children care product manufacturing experience is preferable.

• 熟悉质量工程和产品开发流程 Good understanding of Quality Engineering & development process.

• 熟练掌握产品安全性与可靠性要求,熟悉常规的质量管理工具如SPC/FMEA等 Knowledge of product safety& reliable requirements, familiar with quality related tools such as CPK/SPC & FMEA.

• 具备良好的英语书面及口头表达能力 Good command of communication skill/ Good command of English both in written and verbal.

• 熟悉Office 软件操作 Solid experience of Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• 熟悉项目管理相关知识和工具,有良好的项目管理技能和经验者优先考虑。Familiar with project management knowledge/tools. It is preferred to have good skill and experience
