- Responsible in preparing patient/customer meal or related hospital functions Assist chef in planning, organising and preparing food for patient/customer
- Responsible for assisting in all areas of food preparation as and when directed. Ensure hygiene of the working area, including cooking, butchery and food preparation area.
- Ensure correct use of all equipment and maintain a clean and tidy work
- Prepare mise en place and replenish food for all kitchen area.
- To assist in issuing ordering list.
- Participate in all quality accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, MSQH, IMS, MSOSH, 5S, etc.)
- Adhere to KPJ Standard People Practice (SPP).
- All policies and procedures are adhered to and records maintained.
- To assist in any other responsibility as deemed necessary by Head of Services or Hospital Management.
Job Requirement
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above
