You will take on a key leadership role within the Damage team at SIXT, overseeing end-to-end damage case handling while ensuring timely processing, compliance, and high-quality standards across our international operations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You oversee the end-to-end handling of damage cases, ensuring timely processing and high-quality standards across all markets

  • You track and analyze operational trends, share findings with relevant stakeholders, and implement corrective actions where needed

  • You structure and coordinate workflows within our international teams, covering daily and weekly planning as well as regular team meetings

  • You act as a key interface between internal departments such as Operations, Claims, and Customer Service and external partners including repair providers and insurance companies

  • You ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to damage handling at all times

  • You monitor team performance, conduct regular training sessions, and support the continuous development and improvement of your team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have a background in operations, claims, damage handling, or a related commercial field

  • Leadership You have experience coordinating or guiding teams and work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner

  • Problem-solving You bring strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases

  • Stakeholder management You communicate confidently across internal departments and external partners, building trust and maintaining alignment

  • Tools & Systems You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and comfortable working with operational data and reporting

  • Languages You have fluent French and English skills (mandatory), with additional languages being a plus
