Senior Technical Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Quality Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will act as a technical leader in cross-functional problem solving, ensuring fast and sustainable resolution of critical product issues affecting customer vehicles. You will work at the intersection of engineering, quality, and product development, driving root cause investigations and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a purely reporting or audit-focused quality position.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong experience in automotive product development or technical quality engineering
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, preferably chassis (e.g. brakes, steering, suspension, or related systems)
• Strong engineering knowledge with a hands-on mindset
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive 
• Experience working with Jira, KOLA, and Creo
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Solid project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional work
• Background in chassis systems or safety-critical mechanical systems
• Experience from heavy-duty vehicles or complex automotive systems
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish
