Join Our Growing Sunshine Coast Team

Due to an increase in practitioner hours across our Sunshine Coast network, we’re looking for multiple Casual Dental Assistants to join our teams at:

• Birtinya

• Buddina

• Maroochydore

These centres are busy, modern and patient-focused, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, variety and regular casual shifts in a supportive environment.

We’d love to hear from experienced Dental Assistants, however we’re also open to someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn who can be trained across reception, chairside assisting and sterilisation.

About the Role

As part of our Sunshine Coast team, you’ll support clinicians and patients across a variety of duties, helping create a smooth and positive experience every day.

Your role may include:

• Chairside dental assisting

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Reception support including bookings and patient enquiries

• Supporting patient flow and clinic operations

• Working collaboratively across the team

Flexible casual shifts are available across the three Sunshine Coast locations.

About You

You’re reliable, adaptable and enjoy working in a team-focused environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant (highly regarded but not essential)

• Willingness to learn reception, chairside and sterilisation duties

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A caring, patient-focused approach

• Flexibility and a positive attitude
