Location: Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab Waterford Lakes 626 N Alafaya Trail STE 209, Orlando, FL 32828
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Anticipates needs and assists staff with patient care, treatment, and other tasks by promptly carrying out assigned activities. Assists in patient care duties under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Ensures patient and staff safety by recognizing and responding appropriately to situations that increase risk
Prepares treatment room/area for patients and maintains a safe, clean care environment.
Communicates effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.
As requested, perform clerical duties, including front office coverage/scheduling, as well as taking inventory, ordering supplies, answering telephone, taking messages, and filling out forms.
Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
• Rehab Therapy, Physical Therapy or Occupation Therapy
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
