About Digital Marketing

Operating within a central marketing function, this role supports digital activity across all UK construction markets. It provides exposure to a diverse range of products, audiences, and customer needs, with the team playing a key role in delivering campaigns that drive engagement, efficiency, and measurable results.

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Marketing team plays a vital role in building brand awareness, attracting customers, and supporting business growth. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of digital channels and tools, helping to deliver campaigns, create content, and analyse performance.

You’ll learn how to apply industry best practices alongside emerging technologies, including AI, to ensure our marketing remains innovative, effective, and future-ready.

Support in your role:

You’ll be joining a highly collaborative marketing environment, supported by a team of experienced marketers across a range of disciplines, from digital specialists to strategic marketing managers. The Skills:

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering customer-first digital marketing campaigns. If you possess:

  • Some experience in marketing (e.g. coursework, internships, or a junior role) is beneficial but not essential
  • A good understanding of how digital marketing works and why it matters.
  • A solid interest in digital marketing and a willingness to keep learning new tools and trends.
  • Comfortable analysing information and evaluating results to help improve campaigns.
  • Confident communicator with clear presentation skills and a positive, professional approach.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to juggle tasks and stay organised.
  • Comfortable using everyday IT tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools is a bonus, but not essential, enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable.
