The Role

What You’ll Own
- Define and evolve the community growth strategy
- Build systems that increase user retention and recurring engagement
- Create community experiences that drive habit formation and momentum
- Turn power users into advocates and ecosystem contributors
- Design scalable engagement loops across content, programs, events, and online interaction
- Partner cross-functionally with product, growth, and operations
- Gather insights from the community and translate them into business and product opportunities
- Launch, test, iterate, and optimize constantly
