Job description

In this role, you will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Management. Your work will directly support our sales success and customer satisfaction, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact while developing your expertise. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to become the leading delivery platform in Europe. Your main tasks would include:

  • Drafting and managing contracts in our CRM system (Salesforce) and DocuSign
  • Preparing and sending pre-invoices for accruals, verifying invoices, and sending them to our customers
  • Handling customer queries related to invoicing and billing
  • Maintaining and monitoring data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy
  • Documenting processes in Confluence and organizing folder structures
  • Please note: This role is offered on a fixed-term contract (1 year) with 30 hours per week.

This is what you need to succeed

  • Completed commercial training, university degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (min. B2), both spoken and written
  • High sense of ownership and service mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively, with excellent teamwork and organizational skills
  • Independent, result-oriented working style with strong time management and high attention to detail
  • Experience with a CRM system(Salesforce) is a plus
