Job description
OVERVIEW
At Kingdom, we’ve pioneered Superculture® ingredients: an entirely new class of clinically-validated postbiotics that target the root causes of unmet pet health needs. We’re actively selling Superculture® Pet Oral and Superculture® Pet Immune to pet food and supplement brands, and will be launching our first Superculture ingredient for humans later this year.
We're looking for a high-performing GTM Engineer (Ops) to join our small but mighty team. This is an AI-native builder role: you'll design, build, and maintain the automated, human-in-the-loop systems that multiply our GTM team's sales capacity across lead and deal workflows, the measurement layer, and the data infrastructure underneath. We want someone who sees inefficiencies across the GTM motion and gets excited to design the AI-powered systems and agents to fix them. This is a commercial role, with success measured by the revenue our GTM team closes because of the systems you build.
This is a full-time, in-person role at our headquarters in Brooklyn, NY, with occasional travel to customers and industry conferences.
We founded Kingdom in 2019 to cultivate healthier living with natural microbes, and have raised $35M+ in venture funding from top investors. Less than a year in market, our ingredients are already powering dozens of products from leading pet brands, with overwhelmingly positive customer reception. 1 out of 3 product launches using our ingredients have earned a #1 New Release on Amazon, and 9 out of 10 of our customers are launching additional products with us. Our core technical edge is our scientific platform, which spans ingredient discovery, clinical trials, and manufacturing scale-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll report to the VP of GTM/Growth, and will work with our commercial team, co-founders, key scientists, and customers to:
Expand top-of-funnel
- Automate outbound systems in Clay: target list building, enrichment, hyperpersonalized email and LinkedIn campaigns, and signal-based re-engagement (job changes, LinkedIn posts, press)
- Build AI-powered inbound lead qualification, routing, and customer segmentation that powers sharper value propositions by brand
- Automate market intelligence tracking (category growth, consumer trends) to inform targeted outbound and marketing content
Move deals through to revenue
- Automate the meeting cycle: pre-meeting research and prep, post-meeting follow-up emails, CRM updates, and next-step assignments
- Automate inbound email drafts pulling from validation databases, snippets, and prior correspondence
- Build automated rule-based deal flagging (stalled, at-risk, expansion opportunities)
- Build AI-powered workflows for deal-specific research, custom presentations, and keeping validation databases and snippets current
Build and maintain the data and measurement foundation
- Serve as primary administrator and architect for our CRM (Attio): data model, custom objects, lifecycle stages, and the full integration layer
- Build integrations across our GTM stack and cross-functional data sources to ensure a single source of truth on customers, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Build and own the measurement layer across outbound campaign performance, inbound lead attribution, brand-building metrics (LinkedIn, website, SEO/AEO); develop feedback loops that turn data into action
- Continuously evaluate which tools in the stack earn their place
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, SalesOps, Solutions Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or consulting, ideally at an AI-native B2B SaaS or marketplace startup. Familiarity with Clay, Attio, Instantly, LinkedIn Helper, or Notion a plus.
- High agency and builder mentality: identifies pain points, proposes solutions, delivers scrappy first cuts, iterates on what works
- Systems thinking: designs and builds end-to-end workflows across multiple tools, with hands-on integration via APIs, webhooks, and no-code orchestration
- Analytical rigor: structured problem-solving (MECE, hypothesis-driven), comfortable with imperfect data, gets to "so what"
- AI-native: daily Claude Code or equivalent, prompt fluency, comfortable rebuilding operating cadence around agentic tools
- Project management rigor: delivers against deadlines, surfaces obstacles with proposed solutions, doesn't drop the ball
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
WHY JOIN KINGDOM

OUR VALUES
- Solve from first principles. We have a deep-seated curiosity about the most important problems facing the business. Our nature is to dig deeply into their details, question assumptions, understand the smallest details, and drive towards the best possible solution using these insights. This makes us very effective in crafting new solutions and operating in ambiguous circumstances.
- Collaborate with kindness. We are exceptionally low ego, and treat each other with respect, compassion, and humility. We hold one another to high standards, but do so while being deeply committed to each other's wellbeing. We invest in each other's growth, and are willing to engage in difficult conversations and deliver direct, constructive feedback when necessary.
- Be resourceful and resilient. We figure out how to make things work, and how to accomplish our goals regardless of what stands in the way. We're keen to confront challenges together through proactive planning and scrappy methods. When things go wrong, we learn quickly from our missteps, adapt our approach, and push forward.

- Fully stocked kitchen with fruits, snacks, and beverages + weekly team lunches
- 12-weeks fully-paid parental leave
- 401k program with minimal fees
