Job description

On behalf of Hermetic AI, GT is looking for a Salesforce Integration Engineer interested in building AI-powered CRM integrations and automation solutions for the hospitality industry.

ABOUT THE CLIENT & THE PROJECT

Hermetic AI is a fast-growing US-based AI startup focused on automation and customer engagement products for hospitality and service businesses.

The company develops AI-driven workflow and communication solutions that help restaurants, hotels, resorts, event venues, and similar businesses improve how they manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and engage with customers.

Their core product, Mia, acts as a 24/7 AI sales assistant that helps hospitality businesses respond to private-event and group-booking inquiries within seconds, automate follow-ups, reduce no-shows, reactivate past guests, and convert more inbound demand into confirmed bookings.

Hermetic AI operates in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong focus on ownership, adaptability, product thinking, and engineering impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Integration Engineer, you will help anchor the integrations function behind Hermetic AI’s CRM ecosystem and automation platform.

You will focus on designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems while contributing to backend services and automation workflows powered by Python.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving integration challenges, building scalable systems, and working in a startup environment where engineers have direct product impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations
  • Build and support Python-based backend services and automation workflows
  • Create reliable integrations between internal and external platforms
  • Improve data synchronization and operational workflows
  • Troubleshoot integration and system-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and technical requirements
  • Contribute to integration architecture and technical improvements
  • Support scalability and reliability initiatives across CRM-related systems

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Solid commercial Python development experience
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Understanding of backend systems and automation workflows
  • Experience troubleshooting integration and data-flow issues
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to overlap with US working hours for at least 4 hours per day
