Job description
This is a Part-Time position with Business Logistics Solutions LLC delivering packages to Amazon customers. Depending on performance, you may transition to Full-Time.
Compensation:
$21.5/hour, paid biweekly + Performance-based bonuses - paid biweekly

Schedule:
- 2 to 4 workdays per week (up to 40 hours)
- Typical shifts are 8–10 hours
- One weekend day required
What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:
- Start your day at our Kendall warehouse, loading your van with pre-sorted Amazon packages
- Follow optimized delivery routes using provided technology
- Safely operate Amazon-branded delivery vehicles
- Deliver packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Support team members with route assistance when needed
- Work in various weather conditions
Delivery Driver Requirements - No CDL Needed:
- 21 years or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- English communication skills
- Strong customer service attitude
