As a Dental Receptionist, we'll help you kick-start your career with awesome patient interactions and zero experience required! We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice. What we’ll offer you: A compensation package, $16-$18 per/hour based on experience including 401K and a match PTO {FT only - over 30 hours weekly} and holidays {over 24 hours weekly} Medical, vision, life insurance and disability plans, as well as wellness programs {over 24 hours weekly} Benefits and perks for you, your family and even your pets! {FT only} Schedule: Monday: 1pm to 7pm Tuesday: 1pm to 7pm Wednesday: 1pm to 7pm Thursday: 1pm to 7pm Friday: 1pm to 7pm Saturday: 7:30am to 2pm (rotating-every other Saturday) Responsibilities The Dental Receptionist should: Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Check in patients for appointments Answer phones Manage patient documents and records. Create memorable moments and bring a smile to our patients' faces! Qualifications 1 year experience in a Dental Practice is preferred Experience with computer software such as email and excel is preferred We'll teach you all the cool tech tricks - no prior dental software knowledge needed!
