How you’ll make an impact: We are looking for a Supervisor, Quality Control to help in developing and deploying best in class Quality Control processes and programs to help us on our transformation journey. This position provides an opportunity to define and implement a Quality Control Department to improve the quality of data used for service delivery, billing and revenue recognition. The role will require strong collaboration with our internal and external business partners and clients, as well as integration with teams cross functionally. This role translates the business goals into actionable plans and drives for results. You will have the opportunity to experience how a hybrid tech/music company operates financially, as well as participate in the fun and collaborative culture that we have here at Pandora. The Quality Control Supervisor will design, implement, and manage a best-in-class quality management program responsible for achieving Pandora’s data quality objectives. As the quality leader, the candidate will work directly work with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the success of our quality objectives. The individual in this position needs to be a proactive leader and team player with a track record of building and executing successful quality management programs, along with working alongside business partners to ensure achievement of goals and objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Billing. What you’ll do: The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for managing Pandora’s IO approval process and ensures compliance with corporate policies and business procedures. The IO Approval process entails the audit and verification of the details of the IO are correctly entered into Pandora’s ERP and billing system. Communicate with Sales, Client Services, Finance and Legal to ensure information is correctly entered into the systems of record. Escalate non-standard agreements to the appropriate business group, as needed when the Pandora approved/standard criteria is not met. Approve on behalf of the business for revenue, credit and billing upon confirmation that the approval meets the accepted criteria. Coordinate with Pandora’s Legal team for review and approvals. Lead a team of analysts responsible for the review and audit of Ios. Perform supervisor responsibilities including work force planning, training, coaching, performance reviews, etc. Provide focused feedback for analysts based on performance and quality data. Recruit, develop and reward strong performers. Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities. Coordinate with company’s legal department, sales personnel, and operational departments to identify and resolve IO compliance issues. Execute key processes while maintaining service levels. Handle escalations in a timely manner. Timely issuance of internal audit reports, ensuring good quality management action plans. Ensure all IOs are properly reviewed and key data entered correctly into Pandora’s ERP and billing system. Conduct audits to certify IOs comply with the key financial terms and billing requirements. Coordinate with Legal and Finance to communicate new or existing key financial terms and invoicing requirements to obtain their consent. Develop detective and preventive controls to certify associated IO’s are complete and accurate. Understand business needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. What you’ll need: 3+ years of experience in Quality Control or Audit. 2+ years previous people management experience. Bachelor’s in Accounting, Audit, Finance or Business Administration. Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize information. Persistent, and inquisitive personality. Skilled communicator with ability to influence others. Strong organization, planning and project management skills. Experience analyzing data in Excel using pivot table, vlookups, charts, etc. Manage time efficiently and prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks. Understanding of auditing and accounting. Ability to self-motivate, take initiative and to follow through on project Demonstrate strong reasoning ability. Ability to summarize information concisely and pay strict attention to detail. Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Knowledge of SalesForce. Database Knowledge - preferred, not required.
