We are seeking a Product Manager Intern to join the N‑able Product organization. This is a real Product internship where you’ll work on problems that matter, build artifacts the team continues to use, and gain firsthand exposure to how product decisions are made in a scaled SaaS environment. What You'll Do As a Product Manager Intern, you will work closely with Product Managers, Product Operations, UX, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market teams to support customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and product insights. You will contribute real work that informs product decisions—not shadow projects. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to how modern B2B SaaS products are built and scaled in an MSP and cybersecurity context. Conduct customer and market research, including analysis of customer needs, workflows, and pain points Support competitive analysis, including feature comparisons, trials, demos, and documentation reviews Build Processes and Agents to analyze customer feedback sources (e.g., call summaries, idea submissions, insights dashboards) and synthesize patterns, make recommendations Assist Product Managers with problem discovery, opportunity framing, and insights documentation Review and contribute to product management processes and internal knowledge bases (Confluence sites, competitive repositories, product documentation, requirements hygiene) Build processes and Agents for Product Bots and Support Shadow processes, Present findings and recommendations to Product and business stakeholders Partner with Finance, Product Managers and other stakeholders on tooling, metrics validation, and process documentation; build out Product Operations dashboards using industry standard metrics; verify existing dashboard data against systems of record What You'll Learn How Product Managers translate customer problems into product strategy How product discovery, delivery, and go‑to‑market fit together in a SaaS organization How data, research, and qualitative insights inform roadmap decisions How to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences What You'll Bring Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field Strong research, data analysis and critical thinking skills Strong curiosity about technology, SaaS products, and customer problems Analytical mindset with the ability to structure research and synthesize insights Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with data, documentation, and presentations Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment Interest in Product Management, UX, Product Ops, or Go‑To‑Market roles Exposure to B2B SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems Experience with research, analytics, consulting, or technical coursework About N-able At N-able , our mission is to protect businesses against evolving cyberthreats with an end-to-end cyber resilience platform to manage, secure, and recover.
