Get to Know Your Team: Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma Center and tertiary referral hospital and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group and Portneuf Air Rescue. PMC has a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, an adult intensive care unit, nationally recognized orthopedic services, a full suite of cardiac care, Center of Excellence recognized surgeons, imaging, primary and specialty care. Responsibilities Provides care to patients suffering cardiopulmonary, neurological, or other metabolic disturbances, which require quality Electrocardiographs (EKGs), Holter Monitors, Event Monitors, or Cardiac Stress Tests. Communicates with physician concerning procedures, instructs patients, takes phone orders, manages files, schedules procedures, and performs other cardiopulmonary care services functions as directed. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school Graduation or Equivalent. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
