Mercy Hospice Eastern Missouri is powered by Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. Two years of previous Advanced Practitioner Hospice, Emergency Medicine, or Inpatient ICU experience is preferred, but not required for this role. This role will join an expert team of providers providing in-home compassionate care to meet each patient's unique, emotional, social, spiritual needs, and provide guidance to patient families. This role will partner with another expert Mercy APP to meet patients in their home, assisted living center, nursing home, or independent living community. Locations include Lincoln County, Washington County, South County, and West County. Mileage Reimbursement is included with this position.
