Inside Sales Representative

AZZ has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Rep reporting to the Sales Manager at our Tulsa facility. As an ISR, you will be the face of AZZ, providing an upstanding and personal customer experience. You will develop great relationships with our customers- both internally and externally. The ISR sets and manages service expectations and is always looking for ways to improve and enhance our customer and employee relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains log, status, and control over customer RFQ’s and quotations.
• Assists Sales Manager with developing quotations and sales strategies.
• Makes calls to customers and potential customers to introduce new products and services; receives customer inquires/sales calls to provide resolutions to problems and/or assist in the sales process.
• Assists Sales Manager and Sales Engineers in closing orders as required.
• Contacts customers when orders are completed.
• Monitors market conditions and competitors' prices and services.
• Reviews orders for completion and informs customers accordingly.
• Attempts to sell additional services to prospective or current customers by telephone.

• 5-7 years experience in sales and/or customer service.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Steel industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior knowledge of Oracle preferred.

Minimum Education

• Associates Degree required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
