ABOUT THIS JOB
Communications & Engagement Specialist is responsible for following of the Global Operations communication strategy supporting communication and employee engagement within the assigned Operations Hub location as designed by Communications & Engagement Leader.
The Specialist will also oversee employer branding communications and related events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing engagement strategies
- Prepare and distribute internal email announcements
- Distribution list management
- Town Hall events organization
- Global initiatives organization (People & Planet Day, Knowledge Weeks)
- Newsletter preparations
- Viva Engage channels contribution
- Award & recognition programs management
- Order and distribute internal promotional materials
- Anniversary emails distribution
- Management of social media
- Support Employee Resource Groups
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, or Multimedia
- Advanced communication, collaboration and stakeholders' management skills
- Strong copywriting and creative abilities; experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Project management aptitude (including critical path planning, task sequencing, and problem solving).
- Advanced English proficiency required (C1/C2), especially in written communication
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and excels as a team player in fast-paced, global environments.
- Possesses a positive and passionate attitude, with a strong motivation to challenge established practices and consistently pursue improvements.
