Job Description

  • End of Line (EOL) testing is responsible for defining, developing, and industrializing EOL test solutions, ensuring that each product meets functional, electrical, safety, and customer requirements before leaving the production line.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • EOL Test Concept & Strategy

Participate in the concept and development phases to define EOL test requirements and test scope.

Create and maintain EOL test specifications based on product functionality, safety, and customer requirements.

Define EOL test coverage with a balance between test completeness and production cycle time.

  • EOL Test System Development

Design and implement automated or semi-automated EOL test flows.

Cooperate with HW and ME teams.

Define and verify test interfaces

  • Functional, Electrical & Communication Testing

Implement and maintain tests including Functional tests; Communication tests; Diagnostic tests

  • Production Ramp-up & Line Support

Support DVT and PVT and SOP phases for EOL test introduction

Analyze and resolve EOL test failures and false failures

Continuously optimize test stability, test time, and yield

Provide technical support to manufacturing plants, EMS partners

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Communication, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience with EOL/FCT/ICT testing for automotive or industrial electronics products
  • Familiarity with at least one automotive communication protocol: CAN, LIN, Ethernet (diagnostics experience is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of hardware fundamentals: Power supply architecture, SoC / MCU basic principles, Common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO)
  • Experience in test software development or scripting, at least one of: LabVIEW, Python, C#, C/C++
  • Hands-on experience in mass production environments
  • Experience supporting factories or EMS sites is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across HW, SW, ME, Quality and Manufacturing teams
  • With the capability to develop and maintain test software will be given priority
  • Ability to drive issues to closure independently
  • Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English
