Job description
This role is based in our New York / Dallas / Boulder or Phoenix offices.
The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager is the operational backbone of the Marketing Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), leading a team of multiple Portfolio Marketing Analysts to deliver world-class analytics across the Fashion, Health & Nutrition, Manufacturing, and I&C portfolios. This role owns the standardization, scalability, and flawless execution of reporting frameworks that power data-driven decision-making across the business. You'll be responsible for building the infrastructure and processes that ensure every stakeholder receives consistent, high-quality insights, while recruiting, developing, and scaling a high-performing analytics function capable of supporting multiple business units simultaneously.
As the leader of the CoE's delivery function, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll architect a team structure that can flex across portfolios, mentor analysts to reach their full potential, and create a culture of continuous learning and excellence. You'll work directly with your analysts to implement advanced modeling techniques, troubleshoot complex data challenges, and ensure reporting outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy and relevance. You'll also serve as the key liaison between your team and portfolio marketing managers, translating business needs into analytical solutions and ensuring insights are delivered with speed and precision. This is a role for someone who thrives on creating order from complexity, building talent pipelines, and establishing scalable systems that grow with the organization.
Reporting Line VP, Marketing Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Team Building and Leadership Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop multiple analysts into a cohesive, best-in-class analytics team. Create individualized development plans that build technical depth and business acumen. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the team.
- Organizational Scalability: Design team structures and workflows that enable seamless support across multiple business functions and portfolios. Build cross-functional capabilities within the team to ensure flexibility and resilience as business needs evolve.
- Capability Building and Upskilling: Establish comprehensive training programs to elevate team expertise in advanced analytics, emerging tools, and industry best practices. Mentor analysts to develop both technical mastery and strategic thinking skills, preparing them for future leadership roles.
- Operational Delivery and Resource Management: Direct the daily activities of multiple analysts to ensure timely delivery of standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Manage team bandwidth and resource allocation strategically, particularly across high-volume portfolios like Manufacturing.
- Standardization and Quality Control: Develop and maintain universal reporting templates and KPI frameworks. Ensure all analytical outputs are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the "gold standard" protocols established by the CoE.
- Methodology Implementation: Lead the execution of advanced modeling techniques, including Lead, Attendee, and Audience segmentation. Ensure these models are applied consistently across all portfolios to drive campaign optimization.
- Tactical Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for Portfolio Marketing Managers and Campaign Managers regarding reporting delivery and insight interpretation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiencies in reporting workflows. Partner with the Data Operations Manager to streamline data ingestion for the analysts and with the Data Strategy Manager to ensure analytical outputs meet business requirements.
What Success Looks Like

- Scalable Operations: Establishment of team structures and processes that successfully support multiple business functions with clear pathways for adding capacity as the organization grows.
- Standardized Delivery: 100% adoption of CoE reporting templates across all portfolios, with measurable improvement in the speed of insight delivery from request to stakeholder presentation.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Successful deployment of analysts across diverse portfolios, characterized by shared best practices and high-quality insights that drive business outcomes.
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling analytics teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with demonstrated ability to develop talent from junior to senior levels.
