This role supports the National Account Manager by leading cross‑functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders across PepsiCo to develop and execute customer‑centric commercial strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Support Joint Business Plan delivery with Coles across Supermarkets, Liquor and Kmart, including promotions, innovation launches and best‑in‑class in‑store activations. Lead demand and supply collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting, service levels, and proactive risk and opportunity management. Drive clear, consistent communication with field teams and internal stakeholders to align execution with business plans, shopper strategy, marketing activity and the promotional calendar. Manage day‑to‑day customer and internal requirements, including Coles requests, in‑store activation support, and compliance‑driven claims and spend governance in partnership with Global Business Support. Qualifications About you: 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or a fast‑paced commercial environment, with success in National Account, Area Sales or Senior Sales Representative roles. Proven capability managing large, strategic customer portfolios, including forecasting, trade investment management and delivery of commercial targets. Strong experience working with major Australian retailers (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Liquor or Mass), with a solid understanding of JBPs, promotions and in‑store activation. Demonstrated ability to execute customer plans end‑to‑end, translating strategy into disciplined delivery across promotions, NPD and key trading events. Commercially and analytically strong relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate cross‑functionally, and manage priorities in a high‑tempo environment.
