Complex Spa Manager, Toronto

We are looking for a full time, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Complex Spa Manager to join the Equinox team! The Complex Spa Manager is a results oriented leader- energetic, creative, and enthusiastic. The Complex Spa Manager makes a direct impact on a growing and dynamic organization. 

The Complex Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence. The Complex Spa Manager will oversee multiple Equinox Spa locations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
• Scheduling Desk Staff
• Coaching of staff 
• Service revenue goals    
• Retail revenue goals    
• Event planning        
• Direct client outreach    
• Direct client in-reach 
• Product inventory

• Customer Service experience
• Management experience and/or experience in Hotel Spas is preferred
• 1-2 years Spa Experience
• Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus

Pay Transparency: $65,000-70,000 base salary and ability to earn bonus
