Job description
As a Drinks Excellence Manager, you will lead the delivery of outstanding drinks quality and perfect‑serve standards across our managed pub estate, ensuring every guest enjoys a consistently great experience. You’ll work closely with trading, operations, suppliers and training teams to embed quality, capability and innovation at scale.
What you’ll bring…
- Strong knowledge across beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non‑alcoholic drinks.
- Experience working in multi‑site hospitality, ideally with a background in bar or pub management.
- A passion for drinks quality, education and creating brilliant customer experiences.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with confidence delivering training.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to improve quality while supporting profitable sales growth.
