This senior, customer-facing role is responsible for overall program leadership, delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and the performance of all services and activities under the Task Order (TO). - Establish program milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
- Identify program risks, issues, and challenges and drive solutions such as resource allocation adjustments or contractual modifications
- Direct the work of employees assigned to the program across technical and administrative roles
- Serve as the senior business leader for the program, determining customer needs, coordinating technical solution responses, shaping acquisitions, and positioning GDIT to deliver best‑in‑class services
- Conduct planning and provide recommendations to the client on workload and task execution
