Job description

We are currently looking to hire a Client Service Specialist for our growing sales team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting, promoting, and educating prospective clients on the company’s resume writing services. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required.

Accountabilities:

· Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls

· Consult clients on professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs

· Work with new customers and manage the entire onboarding process and all registrations

· Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and following proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries

· Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls

· Meet daily KPIs and can manage high-volume of calls

· Bachelor's degree is preferred

· Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role

· Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

· Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment

*Note: This is a full-time, in-person role working Monday-Friday. The successful candidate(s) will join our team out of our downtown Toronto office located at 600 Bay St.
