Mobile Batch Plant Operator

You will be involved in the daily maintenance and operation of our volumetric fleet and plant machinery, as well as in the delivery of civil projects. 

This role is suited to a HR driver/ plant operator looking to take on a new challenge and operate one of only 27 volumetric trucks in Australia. 

The successful candidate will be a hands-on team player, who drives and promotes our values of Fun, People First, Courageous and Passionate.

Experience

• Heavy vehicle experience

Licenses/Qualifications (Mandatory)

• White card (general construction induction)
• HR Licence (Minimum)
• Ability to pass Medicals & Drug and alcohol Screenings
• Full working rights in Australia
• Forklift ticket

Mandatory skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computing skills
• Ability to be flexible with changing schedules
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
• flexibility around travel requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills

Desirable (but not essential)

• HC licence
• Excavator ticket
• Skid steer ticket
• Roller ticket
• Concrete batching
• Civil roads maintenance and construction
• Civil operator experience

Interstate travel may be required as part of this role, depending on project locations.

This is a unique role and therefore we offer comprehensive training to support our new team members.
