REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience: 6+ years
- Must have sound experience in ARIBA .
- Should be able to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of both Upstream and Downstream SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Spend Visibility, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Buying & Invoicing, and Invoice Management.
- Should be able to define workflows, system configurations, and process automations to streamline procurement, supplier onboarding, contract management, and invoice processing.
- Should be proficient in SAP Ariba Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and creating custom reports and dashboards.
- Should have experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), or other middleware technologies for system integration.
- Should have experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba ? Collaborate with business users to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications ? Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
- Should be able to perform functional testing execution after development completion.
- Should be able to identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to SAP Ariba module.
- Must have familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
- Must have familiarity with data migration tools and techniques for migrating from SAP SRM to SAP Ariba.
- Must have experience in Utility Industry is a plus ? Proven Expertise in SAP MM and SAP Ariba with extensive experience in Configuring and managing both Modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
