A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Cross-functional system and process design
• Cross-Functional system requirements gathering
• Review and approval of functional documentation
• Risk assessment for system changes and enhancements
• Cross-functional end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Creation of relevant training documentation
• Solution demonstrations and stakeholder walkthroughs
• Continuous system improvement and optimization.
• Expert level applications support.
• Support P0–P1 incident management and escalation where needed.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical Program/Project management role.
• Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes. 
• Knowledge of IT and Business change management processes.
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on mentality
• Can-do mindset with strong execution skills
• Able to apply E2E mindset, going the extra mile when needed

We would like you to have experience working in a US multinational, particularly within a matrix organization, as this is considered a strong advantage. We would also value experience within a healthcare environment, as it would be beneficial to the role. You should bring expertise in Sales Order Management, along with strong planning capabilities and experience in freight audit and pay processes. Knowledge of dangerous goods and trade regulations is important, as is proficiency in Blue Yonder systems. Additionally, we are looking for someone who plans effectively and is able to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Belgium: 103,200.00 EUR - 154,800.00 EUR | Netherlands: 98,400.00 EUR - 147,600.00 EUR | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
