Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings using office management software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and waiting area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or in a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
