Job description
- Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to support decision-making and growth
- Retrieve, clean, prepare, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
- Design and implement analyses using statistical methods and data models
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations following best practices (Tableau, Power BI)
- Build automated tools and solutions to deliver recurring insights efficiently
- Contribute to data feed industrialization, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing processes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
- Communicate complex analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, business sponsors, and technical teams
- Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Professional experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
- Professional experience in data analysis using programming languages, preferably Python (Pandas)
- Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify complex information
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto, and Airflow is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
- Fluent in English
