ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and develop the reliability test procedure.
- Managing the reliability test capability, improvement /automation.
- Characterize various test profiles to meet customer specific requirements.
- Hands-on experience (tester setup) with automated test equipment (tester) and environmental chambers focusing on Temperature Cycling Test (TCT), Temperature Humidity, Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) or other relevant equipment.
- Develop reliability test capability /test programs/ testing methods for new products or technologies.
- Involve in tester development & improvement.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing, debugging, and measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal chambers, power supplies) or any other relevant tools/ equipment.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support data‑driven decision making within the Reliability Engineering team.
- Support equipment and lab readiness initiatives through data tracking, automation, and system enablement.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Data, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Materials, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in:
- Automation and scripting.
- Data analytics and system design.
- Applying AI/ML concepts to engineering problems.
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge on Python, C, C++, R, Javascript or any of these (for test script development, data analysis, automation).
- Basic knowledge in automation of test setups, data collection, and analysis.
- Ability to work on process improvements and automation projects to enhance efficiency in reliability testing and reporting.
- Interest in AI/ML for predictive reliability analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting reliability insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to learn.
- Basic leadership and project management skills (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Ability to work hands-on with equipment and experiments.
