Global Business Services (GBS) at IFF plays a critical role in enabling the business through efficient, compliant, and high‑quality end‑to‑end processes. Within GBS, the Credit team function supports commercial operations by managing customer credit risk, safeguarding cash flow, and ensuring consistent application of global credit policies across regions.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Perform credit risk assessments for new and existing customers, including financial and risk analysis
• Establish, review, and recommend customer credit limits based on risk profile, payment behavior, and forecasted sales
• Conduct periodic credit reviews in line with Global Credit Policy requirements
• Proactively monitor customer exposure to avoid unnecessary order blocks and interruptions to business
• Support order control decisions when exposure exceeds approved credit limits
• Request, review, and analyze customer financial statements as required
• Communicate credit decisions clearly and effectively to Sales, Customer Service, and internal Credit teams
• Manage customer risk mitigation instruments, including bank guarantees
• Execute internal credit controls and Key Control Activities (KCAs)
• Escalate high‑risk cases to Credit Management when appropriate
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Typically 2+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Management, or Accounts Receivable
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment skills
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Ability to make sound, risk‑based decisions in a dynamic environment
• Clear and professional communication skills with internal stakeholders
• Fluent English is required
• Mandatory fluency in Russian and Ukrainian
How Would You Stand Out?
• Experience working in a regional or multinational credit environment (EMEA exposure preferred)
• Familiarity with global credit policies and internal control frameworks
• Experience managing bank guarantees or other credit risk mitigation tools
