Job description
Position Summary
Responsible for coordination of all sales & service operation activities, dealing with various functions including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, F/A, Legal etc., as well as initiating and driving operational excellence of internal sales & service operation processes & systems (SAP/Wechat etc.), to improve sales & service productivity. Lead service team in BeiJing for coordination of all service activities, incl. repair cases both in and out of warranty, technical support/consultancy inquiries from customers/consumers to maintain premium brand image towards outside stakeholders with high NPS score according to PNO global standards.
Main Tasks
1、Overall yearly sales budgeting & revenue reporting
2、Local inventory level analysis & control, as well as total working capital control (inventory + AR)
3、Monthly demand planning by SKU in GiB to ensure forecast accuracy & in-time supply
4、Manage commercial policies & pricing structure of key accounts
5、Work with sales managers to frame distribution contracts with optimized trading terms
6、Assist PNO SSC head on monthly & quarterly sales pacing management as well as rebate release management & key account discount management to ensure budgeted margin targets
7、Initiate and drive operational excellence of sales process & system, support corporate FIT4 project as the representative from BU COP (also as key user of SAP)
8、Responsible for all service activities, incl. product repair cases & technical support/consultancy to customers/consumers.
-Willing to work overtime to deal with urgent cases and maintain high level customer / consumer satisfaction
-Make quotation to customers/consumers according to Zeiss service guidelines
-Lead the PNO BeiJing Service team (with at least one service admin) and manage the assets inside the service center properly
Requirements
Education
1、Bachelor degree or above, fluent Mandarin and English a must
2、Commercial (MBA) or engineering degree preferred
Experience
At least 5 years of sales and servie operaions management experience in MNCs, incl. but not limited to overall service/customer care process mgmt., demand planning, commercial policy/trading terms management, distribution contract mgmt., rebate & pricing mgmt., sales pacing governing and reporting etc. Familiar with SAP system and mainstream CRM system (like SalesForce etc.).
Other skills
1、Strong business acumen and analytical skills, fluent user of MS Excel or/and Power BI, preferably with consumer goods experience
2、An excellent cross functional communicator, both in writing and in person
3、Willing to travel from time to time (up to 15% of working days) to understand the market, competition & channel partners
4、Constructive mindset, balanced between operative process expertise & strategic view on the bigger picture
5、Enegetic and organized, with high standards of business ethics and transparency
