This role is responsible for leading and supporting the transfer of batch manufacturing and packaging processes from development through full-scale production. The position serves as a key technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Quality, ensuring seamless progression from pilot stages to validated commercial manufacturing under current GMP standards. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical documentation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
