Job description
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who takes pride in producing quality food, enjoys working within a supportive team environment, and is eager to continue developing their skills within a busy hospitality setting.
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section whilst supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering consistently high standards of food and service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to company standards
- Running your designated section during service
- Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining kitchen organisation
- Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Helping to maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused during busy services
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety procedures
This is full time position of 40 hours per week involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06:00 – 23:00) working 5 days over 7 including weekends & bank holidays.
