As a Warehouse Associate, you are a critical part of the Expanded Services team responsible for preparing listings for market through staging support, warehouse operations, and inventory management. You will support furniture installations and removals, maintain warehouse organization, assist with inventory upkeep, and help ensure all staging operations run efficiently and professionally.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a dynamic team and plays an essential part in supporting a thriving real estate company.
Please note: this role is based out of the Broomfield warehouse and requires regular fieldwork at residential properties.
At Compass You Will:
- Load and unload furniture into staging trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with furniture installation in homes according to Staging Coordinator direction
- Unpack staging accessories and hang artwork as directed
- Complete staging removals from homes and return inventory to the warehouse
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure staging materials are accessible and accounted for
- Perform minor furniture repairs and general maintenance of staging inventory
- Support seasonal warehouse projects and general warehouse upkeep as assigned by leadership
- Drive company vehicles, including pickup trucks and box trucks, to transport staging inventory to and from properties
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization standards within the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with staging and warehouse leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Communicate proactively regarding inventory issues, damages, delays, or operational concerns
- Be a culture carrier who contributes positively to team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record
- Experience driving larger vehicles, including box trucks, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable adapting quickly to changing daily priorities
- General knowledge of tools for basic repairs and maintenance
- Tech-savvy enough to utilize mobile apps and digital tools relevant to the position
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift objects heavier than 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly
- Ability to work occasional weekends based on open house and operational needs
- Dresscode: clothing is clean and presentable with no visible holes, tears or stains, but also comfortable enough for carrying and lifting
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is a base pay of $20–$25 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met
