Job description

FIELD & EVENTS MARKETING MANAGER

Location: NYC — in-office 4 days a week

WHY UNITI

Real estate is the world's largest asset class — $393 trillion globally, bigger than all stocks, bonds, and gold combined. Over $1 trillion a year, globally, goes to the teams running properties — leasing, maintenance, collections, accounting, marketing, HR, asset management. Same bundle of tasks at every property, every day, across every vertical. The surface looks different across office, multifamily, senior living, self-storage, affordable housing, student housing, coworking, hospitality. The work underneath is the same.

Today that work is stuck in tickets, phone queues, and a dozen disconnected tools. Real estate has been waiting for an execution layer.

Uniti is building it — the system of action for real estate. AI agents for every front- and back-office workflow, operating across voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chat. One horizontal layer, every vertical. Work gets done faster, around the clock. The humans on our customers' teams get to focus on the parts of the job that actually need them. On the back of 6x YoY growth, we raised our Series A and are tripling headcount this year.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Field & Events Marketing Manager at Uniti, you'll own our field and CRM surfaces end-to-end. That means running a 20+ event calendar across all verticals — registration, booths, handouts, on-site presence, post-event follow-up — plus our quarterly webinars, our speaking engagements, our sales enablement collateral, and our per-vertical newsletter cadence. You'll work directly with sales leadership, the CEO, and the Growth Marketing Manager to make every event produce tracked pipeline. This role exists because our events motion is outpacing what side-roles can hold, and because we need someone who makes the trade show booth pay off every single time.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Own the Uniti event calendar end-to-end across every vertical — trade shows, panels, speaking engagements, dinners, and executive events.
  • Own webinar production across all four verticals — quarterly cadence, growing as new verticals come online.
  • Own the sales enablement collateral library — from one-pagers to vertical pitch decks to leave-behinds.
  • Own per-vertical CRM cadence — monthly newsletters with open-rate and pipeline reporting to sales leadership.
  • Partner with sales to make every event produces tracked pipeline, not just attendance. Pre-event sequences, on-site workflows, post-event follow-up.
  • Stand up reporting that ties each event, webinar, and newsletter to pipeline and revenue. We trust what we can measure.
  • Build the agency and vendor roster behind you — booth designers, swag vendors, webinar producers, event photographers.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 4+ years of B2B field or events marketing experience, with at least 2 years at a Series A–C SaaS or AI company where you ran events end-to-end.
  • Portfolio we can see — events you ran, booths you designed, webinars you produced. Numbers on pipeline impact, not just attendance.
  • Experience running event operations end-to-end: registration, logistics, shipping, on-site execution, post-event reporting.
  • Comfort with the stack: HubSpot or Marketo, Splash or Goldcast (or similar event platforms), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a BI tool. Bonus if you've stood any of these up from scratch.
  • Pattern recognition about what's worth saying yes to. There are 200 real estate conferences a year; we'll attend 60 at most.

BONUS

  • Real estate, property management, storage, senior living, or coworking industry experience.
  • Existing relationships with industry publications, conference organizers, or podcast hosts in any of our verticals.
  • First field-marketing-hire or founding events experience at a previous startup.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You want to be at an early-stage startup. You've been inside a high-growth environment before and you know what tripling headcount in a year feels like.
  • You take ownership. Running a 60-event calendar from scratch across four verticals is not a spec-handed task. You scope it and ship it.
  • You're collaborative and independent. You run your calendar end-to-end, and you pull sales, product, and the CEO in at the right moments.
  • You're close to the customer. You'd rather work a booth for 12 hours than read a pipeline dashboard. The best ideas come from what operators said at the last show.
  • You ship fast and iterate. You'd rather run the first event this month and tighten the playbook next month than spend a quarter planning.

BENEFITS

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Meaningful equity and ownership
