Virtual Welcome Ware Agent/Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, people-focused Virtual Welcome Ware Agent who loves helping others and creating great first impressions. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming voice and guiding hand for patients starting their physical therapy journey. Even though this is a remote position, your impact will be felt in every clinic and with every patient you support.

• Be the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patients
• Answer calls and messages with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
• Help patients schedule and prepare for their visits
• Guide patients through onboarding steps and required paperwork
• Collect and update demographic and insurance information
• Support eligibility and benefits verification processes as assigned
• Communicate clearly about appointments, referrals, and next steps
• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Document interactions accurately in our systems
• Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
• Step in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriately

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $17.00-$20.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
