Job description
- Perform body massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness treatments professionally.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests.
- Ensure guest comfort and confidentiality at all times.
- Monitor stock levels of spa products and supplies.
- Follow all spa operational procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
- Certification in massage therapy or beautician training.
- Minimum 2-3 years of spa experience, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Good communication skills in English and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of spa products and wellness treatments.
- Ability to perform at least 5 treatments per day.
