What We Offer Registered Nurse – Renal Progressive Care Location: Forsyth Medical Center Department: Renal Progressive Care Schedule: Part-Time, Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - 24 hours per week Relocation up to $7,500 This specialized unit cares for renal, dialysis, nephrology, and vascular patients, with a strong focus on limb preservation and advanced renal care. Join North Carolina’s only dedicated Limb Preservation Unit Established Innovation Unit - one of three across the organization Care for renal, dialysis, nephrology, and vascular patients Caring and supportive leadership team RN ratio: 1:5 with strong team support Dedicated resources for admissions, discharges, hygiene, and mobility What You’ll Gain: Advanced experience in renal and vascular care Strong clinical and critical thinking skills A supportive, team-driven environment designed to reduce burnout What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Advanced wound care Vascular Assessment and Monitoring Renal and Dialysis Management Specialized Device Management Perfusion Management Multidisciplinary Collaboration Patient Education Pre/Post Operative Care What We're Looking For Education: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. - If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required. Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
